Carrot Cake

Akibat terlalu taksub dengan Carrot Cake Starbuck, terus google dan cari resipi Carrot Cake. Berjaya mendapat resipi, dengan kadar segera mencuba, dan hasilnyer memang enak dan effortless.
Mari lah mencuba !

Bahan Bahan
150 gram plain flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoon raisins ( optional )
150 gram caster sugar
250 gram grated carrot
100 gram walnut, chopped ( jangan terlalu halus )
150gram corn oil
2 eggs

Bahan Bahan untuk Frosting
50gram butter
75 gram full fat cream cheese ( philadelphia )
100 gram icing sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon walnuts

Cara Cara
1. Panas kan oven di suhu 180C
2. Sieve the flour, bicarbonate soda, baking powder and cinnamon powder into a mixing bowl.
3. Stir in the caster sugar, carrots, raisins and walnuts
4. Pour in the corn oil, add the eggs and vanilla essence. Stir to mix and beat for 1 minute until everything is combined.
5. Pour the cake into the baking tin and bake in the center for 20-25 minutes, or until risen and firm to touch.
6. Remove and leave to cool.

Frosting
1. Beat the butter until smooth
2. Add the cheese and vanilla essence
3. Gradually stir in the icing sugar
4. Spread the frosting over the cake and scatter with copped walnuts.

ps : Adunan ini agak kecik, jadi sila gunakan baking tin yang kecik sebab kalu baking tin yang busat, hasil nyer agak nipis macam kulit bawang !

Good afternoon, I find it very refreshing to occasionally find a post or topic such as yours with a unusual theme completely. My wife liked it too.

I must admit I tend to have a soft spot for sites related to article writing tips and /or sites that have a central theme around article writing tips type items. Probably the webmaster in me.
